SGM Construction was founded in 2007 as a family-run building company and incorporated as SGM Construction Design & Build Ltd in 2024 to reflect a structured, compliance-led approach to modern construction.
The company is led by Stephen Meager, who holds a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management, combining formal construction management training with extensive practical on-site experience.
Based in Tring, Hertfordshire, we operate within a 50-mile radius, delivering residential and commercial work with professionalism, accountability, and technical precision.
