Clarity at every stage.
Quality without compromise.
A structured build process protects programme, quality, and decision-making — keeping your project controlled from slab to handover.
Project stages
Site excavation, trenches and oversite prepared to required depths. Underground drainage, electrical services, and water supplies installed. Foundations formed, below-ground masonry built to DPC level, and ground floor formed via block & beam or solid slab construction.
Internal blockwork and external facing brickwork constructed concurrently and structurally tied. Insulated cavity formed to achieve required U-values in accordance with building regulations. The primary superstructure establishes room layouts and dimensions.
Roof, windows, and doors installed to create a fully weather-tight envelope. The structure is protected from the elements and the home’s final form and architectural character become clear.
Electrical and plumbing services installed. Plasterboarding to walls and ceilings, finished with high-quality plaster ready for decoration. Internal joinery installed including skirting, architraves, and doors. Kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke carpentry fitted, followed by decoration and flooring.
Services faced up and final inspections completed. Minor defects and finishing touches addressed, ensuring all elements meet required standards. The project is prepared for handover — ready for occupation with confidence.
